Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use TBRly. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity on your account.

2. Acceptable use

• Don't upload illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
• Don't attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Don't impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

3. Premium purchases and subscriptions

TBRly may offer Premium as a Monthly or Yearly auto-renewable subscription and may also offer a one-time Lifetime purchase. Available products and prices are shown before purchase and may vary by platform or region.

Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel a subscription through the account or platform used to purchase it. Deleting the app or your TBRly account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

A Lifetime purchase is a single payment and does not auto-renew. Where supported, use Restore Purchases in TBRly to restore eligible purchases made through the App Store.

For purchases made through Apple's App Store, billing, renewals, cancellations and refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's terms and applicable law. Purchases made through another supported platform are handled by that platform or payment provider. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer laws.

4. Content ownership

Your library and notes belong to you. Book metadata is sourced from third-party providers (Google Books, Open Library) and remains subject to their respective terms.

5. Camera access

This app requires camera access to scan physical book covers and barcodes. The camera is only used when you choose to scan a book. We do not use your camera for any other purpose.

6. Your data

We collect the information needed to run your account and library, such as your email, profile details, the books and notes you save, purchase status, and basic usage or diagnostic data needed to operate and improve TBRly. We never sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers required to operate the app, such as hosting, payment, email, catalogue, analytics and text-recognition providers. 7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Account deletion does not itself cancel a subscription managed by an external platform such as Apple.

8. Disclaimer

TBRly is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we make no warranties beyond those required by law.
